Douglass Elliman Property Management is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Seaview Estates. This includes hiring and management of Maintenance Staff, Security, Landscapers, as well as overseeing all repairs of the Seaview Estates property.

After Hours / Emergency Procedures

Management operations personnel are available to address all emergencies within a timely manner. A response should be received within 15 to 30 minutes.

Step 1: Contact Emergency operator at 212-370-9200.

Step 2: Operator will immediately contact member of management staff.

Step 3: Management staff will contact proper personnel AND condo owner to address issue.
